This project features a t-shirt illustration design created to celebrate the second anniversary of the independent brand SSLowly Please.
The artwork was developed as a commemorative apparel graphic that brings together all the pets and characters that have appeared in previous brand drops. By combining these elements into a single illustration, the design celebrates the evolution of the brand’s visual universe while creating a playful composition suitable for merchandise.
The concept behind the illustration references the origin story of SSLowly Please. According to the founders, the brand was born while they were sitting on a bench and made a spontaneous bet to throw a beer can into a trash bin from a distance. This unexpected moment eventually became the symbolic beginning of the project.
The illustration captures this origin story by representing the characters gathered around the bench where the idea first emerged. Through expressive lines and a vibrant composition, the artwork translates the brand’s playful and spontaneous identity into a graphic that works effectively for apparel design and merchandise.
The final t-shirt illustration design was created to function both as a storytelling piece and as a bold apparel graphic that reflects the personality of the SSLowly Please brand.
